Jeffrey Montgomery began his tenure with CORE Pacific Advisors in 2022, where he holds the position of Vice President of Acquisitions. In this capacity, Mr. Montgomery is entrusted with the acquisition of multifamily investment properties, encompassing aspects such as sourcing, underwriting, capitalizing, due diligence, and closing.

 

Prior to his affiliation with CORE, Mr. Montgomery held diverse roles in the field of commercial real estate, focusing on value-add and core plus acquisitions, development, and dispositions. Boasting over ten years of institutional investment experience, his recent achievements entail the procurement of in excess of $500 million in multifamily assets throughout a wide range of Western U.S. territories.

 

Mr. Montgomery obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. As an active member of the industry, he holds an Associate Membership with the Urban Land Institute, illustrating his commitment to professional growth.
