As CEO and member of the Sponsor's Board of Managers, Mr. Morehead brings a wealth of experience in real estate acquisition, development, and management. Over the course of his 16-year career, he has been involved in over $1 billion worth of transactions, including the Sponsor's Delaware Statutory Trust products and tenant-in-common legacy assets. In addition to his role in acquisition and disposition, Mr. Morehead has overseen the asset management of the Property Manager's 6 million square feet of commercial property since 2013. Throughout his career, Mr. Morehead has managed over 6,500 residential units, further showcasing his expertise in the field.

 

Mr. Morehead is an active member of several industry organizations, including the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) since 2020, the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) Emerging Leaders program, and the Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association (ADISA). Prior to joining the Sponsor, he held a position at Optima Asset Management, Inc., a property management, leasing, and facilities maintenance company. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University, where he also completed a minor in Real Estate from the W.P. Carey School of Business.
