With over 30 years in the field, Ms. Jernigan has established herself as a leading figure in financial and investor relations, serving both private and publicly traded companies. Before joining CRHMI, she was the Vice President of Investor Relations at Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: “IMH”). There, she played a pivotal role, guiding the investor relations program from the time of its initial public offering in 1995. Alongside this, Ms. Jernigan has offered her expertise in investor relations consultation to emerging and mid-sized businesses, emphasizing the creation of effective investor relations strategies. Notably, she served three terms as the President of the National Investor Relations Institute's Orange County Chapter. Her skills also encompass the marketing and management of private placement fundraising. Ms. Jernigan earned her BA in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton. She is also duly licensed, holding both the Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses.
